By accessing or using Svenn ("the Service"), operated by Minutemen LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Svenn provides an AI-powered scheduling and customer communication platform delivered via SMS messaging, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and a web-based dashboard. The Service includes automated appointment booking, customer conversations, and business management tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Svenn is offered as a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service sends and receives messages on your behalf via SMS, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages. Customers consent to receive automated messages related to appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, and general business communication through the following actions:
Opt-out: Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For Messenger and Instagram, customers may stop receiving messages by blocking or muting the conversation. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer re-initiates contact.
Help: Customers may reply HELP to any SMS message for support information.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on booking activity and customer interactions. Typical usage includes booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to customer inquiries.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of messaging complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level regulations, and the platform policies of Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Svenn uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the information your AI agent uses to respond to customers.
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. By using Svenn, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svenn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed appointments, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
